Tax law

In practice, tax law and civil law cannot usually be separated from each other; these areas are too closely intertwined. Civil law advice without taking tax issues into account is therefore often negligent, but tax law alone does not solve all problems either.

We have therefore been advising our clients for many years at the "interface" between civil law and tax law, often in close cooperation with tax advisors and auditors.

The focal points of our activities are in particular:

Corporate law issues

Restructurings, transformations, group law

Redevelopment consulting

Corporate succession

Inheritance law/inheritance tax law

Balance sheet and balance sheet tax law

Representation before tax authorities and tax courts

Criminal Tax Law
